You just completed another photoshop project of yours. And, you are done. Initially, you were not up for the software.
But as you learned you gained an interest in it.
You started with the basics like learning how the tools work, then combining one or two tools together. Then you created a reflection of your personality by combining images from google and using the tools in the software.
Worked your magic upon plain images and turned them into a work of art. But you are bored of it now. Not that you do not want to do it anymore. You like, rather love this one.
But still, you want to learn something else now. What should you learn next? Wait, there is something that you can give a shot at. Try out the Adobe Illustrator and become a master of illustrations.
Don’t know what it is? No worries, we have it covered for you.
What is Adobe Illustrator?
It is a vector-based professional design and drawing program. The software provides various tool options to create your favorite illustrations.
You can create something as simple as an animal and something as complex as a business logo. Whatever you need to design or create, illustrator’s got you covered.
It is also a graphic designer’s favorite when it comes to creating illustrations. The features and all are fine, but is it very tough to learn how to work on it?
Hardsy (Not hard/Not easy)
This software is not a piece of cake to learn, and neither is it an Everest that you need some advanced training to climb up. It is somewhere down the middle.
Even I learned this software, as a part of my second-semester subject. Personally, it was not that tough for me. The photoshop people would agree with me. If you know your way around photoshop, you are halfway there already.
But do not worry, even if you are starting from scratch no worries. But yes, there are a few things one must keep in mind while learning this software.
Tips to keep in mind
Learning it is not that hard, but the practice is the key to excel your skills. Over time you will notice how your command grows over the software. Eventually, you will get the hang of it.
Another thing or two that will benefit is getting a mouse for your laptop. If you are using a PC, well enough. Trust me, I know how fun it is to play around with the touchpad.
But do not try that with illustrator. It will not be a pleasant experience. Now, the software has 2 versions, the paid one and the cracked one.
If you have a friend with a secret identity, he will install the crack version for you. Mind that you are responsible for any harm or virus that infects your system.
The paid version is only worth the money if you are really serious about the software and try to make some money out of it.
There is the most important tool that you need, to learn it. It is not available in the software tool box and it is not paid. It’s your patience. How patient you are?
Now I understand you might get frustrated sometimes, as you won’t get it right from the start. But hang in there.
The next thing you need to take care of is where to learn it. Well, there are quite a few options you can go for.
There are websites and apps offering paid courses, on an hourly basis. In the end, they even provide certification, signifying that you are trained in that particular software.
Looking for an easy way out, then you may take a self-paced course on it from Edu4sure or you can also book the trainer for the same.
Happy illustration to you.
