She has close to 25 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources predominantly in the software industry out of which 17 years have been freelancing in HR, Training & Development of the entry, middle and senior levels for several corporates and educational institutions, having trained over 1000 personnel till now and ongoing.

Having started her career with Mafoi Management Consultants as a Recruiter quickly allowed her to learn and implement the other various aspects of HR that included Corporate Induction, Learning & development, Training & Employee engagement, Talent management, Performance Appraisals, Manpower planning, Employee welfare, Grievance handling, Communication and involvement, Management information systems, General HR systems, Policy handling, Statutory requirements and Foreign desk. Her functional expertise broadened to working for other corporate software giants such as Kumaran Systems and Barco Software Ltd as well.

Freelancing empowered her to work with clients from various backgrounds thereby giving her an opportunity to broaden her horizons. Her client list ranges from the construction, pharmaceutical, ITES, IT, BPO, Analytics, Insurance and education sectors. She was in the front end to deliver right from fresher’s to senior management level.

POSH Certified from a Govt certified institute has allowed her to work amongst corporates and institutions towards creating awareness of Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of the Act, work on Gender Sensitivity and Neutralization, formation and compliance of an ICC – Internal Complaints Committee and imparting training on its functionalities.

She has been primarily responsible for providing customized end-to-end Soft skills training and providing development solutions through interactive and experiential learning workshops. She has a deep sense of research orientation which helps in developing content and need/gap analysis. Also to created design documents, develop content and deliver the modules. She is also involved in creating audio-visual training tools for clients. Client interaction has given her the opportunity to develop a business model which begins with Competency mapping at the start and concludes with Module delivery. The process of making a sales pitch to the client, costing till the cheque collection has enriched her marketing abilities as well.

Sales Management and workshops on the same for sales managers to know how to effectively manage, motivate and govern their pipeline. Role–plays, on-the-job situations related to managing personnel is conducted here.

Sales training, selling skills, and product selling for insurance kick-started with clients ING-Vysa Life, Max New York Life and their products, moving onto more like Herbalife, Avon, Oriflame…Collection agencies for credit cards, loans etc, Banks and other agencies involving sales personnel have also been trained effectively by her.

She has also worked with Storytrails India Pvt Ltd as a Storyteller for the trails…this involved dealing with expats, foreign and Indian tourists, accompanying and orienting them about our south Indian and north Indian varied culture, food, customs, festivals, attire, etc…

Currently, she, along  with the corporate wellness provider – Physical, suggests,organizes, assimilates, coordinates and conducts several wellness events and workshops such as health awareness camps, self defence workshops, nutrition and fitness products, counselling services related to health and general well being, and such wellness related issues to clients such as FedEx, Bank of America, Polaris, Citibank and many more.  She represents Physiocell in Tamilnadu and is responsible for providing end to end solutions for all their events. Also works with Optum – Bangalore as a third party vendor for the same.

Her hobbies are collecting different kinds of music, travel, reading and outdoor activities. She is a people’s person and enjoys socializing and making lasting friendships in the process. She is also very ambitious, hard-working and enjoys the challenges of day to day life.
